Progress...
I am halfway through Theft of Swords by Michael J. Sullivan. The volume I'm reading actually has two books in one, The Crown Conspiracy and Avempartha. I finished The Crown Conspiracy last night and found it a very satisfying read. Not great fantasy, but fun. The main characters, Hadrian and Royce are delightful.
So I'm pausing before reading the second book because a book I've been anxiously awaiting was released last night - Long Time Gone by S.E. Jakes. So I'm going to read that and then return to Avempartha.
